Tornado rips through southern Luxembourg town A tornado ripped through the southern Luxembourg town of Petange on Friday (August 9) and tore apart a building's roof, footage uploaded to social media shows. The tornado struck the municipalities of Bascharage and Petange at around 06:00 p.m. (1600 GMT), Luxembourg's emergency services said.
